The Set-UP service is detailed process built on clearly defined milestones:

Design Direction: How do you see your hotel? What does the final design look like? Not only do we answer these questions but we deliver upon them. When this stage is over you will know precisely that is the brand promise and how this will correspond with the guest experience.

Brand Alignment: Whether your establishment is under the umbrella of a well-known brand (e.g. Marriott), an independent exclusive endeavor, we create firm and seamless connections between the brand and the guest experience.

Selection: In order to bring your vision to life, further to the design direction, the selection of furnishing, finishes, materials and items all have to fall in place.

Remote Operations Consulting (ROC): Setting High Standards

Our Remote Operations Consulting (ROC) service is a premium service available exclusively to Ground Up or RECR-8 clients, as it builds on the concepts and efforts established during the previous services.

This intensive, hands-on service is designed to ensure a seamless transition from opening to full-scale operations. We take on the Operations role on-site, working closely with the General Manager or Senior Leadership team, providing guidance on critical aspects such as hotel opening, staff training, and establishing operational excellence.

The goal?

To deliver an exemplary first season that sets a high standard for performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency for the years ahead. By aligning the opening phase with long-term objectives, we help create a hotel environment that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
